Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QR Pro Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

QR Pro Scanner is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Scan QR codes and barcodes using your device's camera
• Create custom QR codes for URLs, text, WiFi networks, contacts, and more
• Save and organize your scan history
• Export and share QR codes

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Subscriptions

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your original subscription.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → QR Pro Scanner.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription Plans

• QR Pro Weekly: $3.99 per week (includes 3-day free trial)
• QR Pro Monthly: $6.99 per month
• QR Pro Annual: $29.99 per year
• QR Pro Lifetime: $49.99 one-time purchase

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. Actual charges may be converted to your local currency.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to create QR codes containing malicious content, illegal material, or content that violates others' rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CoreForge LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. QR codes you create using the App are yours to use as you wish.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy of QR codes scanned or generated
• The compatibility of QR codes with all devices or readers
• The availability of the App at all times

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreForge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
