How do I scan a QR code?

Open the app and point your camera at any QR code. The app will automatically detect and scan it. Make sure you've granted camera permission when prompted.

Why can't I scan more than 5 codes today?

Free users have a limit of 5 scans per day. This resets at midnight. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited scanning.

How do I create a WiFi QR code?

Go to the Create tab, select "WiFi" as the type, enter your network name (SSID), password, and security type, then tap Generate. Anyone who scans this code can instantly connect to your WiFi.

Where is my scan history stored?

All your scan history is stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your data. If you delete the app, your history will be lost unless you have iCloud backup enabled.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore your Premium subscription if you've previously purchased it on the same Apple ID.

How to Manage Your Subscription

  1. Open iPhone Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find QR Pro Scanner
  5. Manage or cancel your subscription

Request a Refund

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your QR Pro Scanner purchase
  4. Select "Request a refund"
