1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NestPlan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
NestPlan is a retirement planning calculator that helps users:
- Project future retirement savings
- Run Monte Carlo simulations
- Compare different financial scenarios
- Estimate taxes and required minimum distributions (RMDs)
3. FREE vs PRO Features
FREE Version
The FREE version includes:
- Basic retirement projections with tax calculations
- HSA tracking and cost basis calculations
- Spouse support with separate accounts
- 1 saved scenario
- Advertising: Small banner ads and occasional interstitials via Google AdMob
FREE version does NOT include: Charts (Total Assets Over Time, Asset Allocation), Year-by-Year table, Monte Carlo simulation, PDF export, or JSON import/export.
PRO Version
The PRO subscription includes:
- Ad-free experience – No banner ads or interstitials
- Monte Carlo simulation (1,000 runs)
- Total Assets Over Time chart
- Asset Allocation chart
- Year-by-Year projection table
- PDF export with full reports
- JSON import/export for backups
- Up to 12 saved scenarios
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Pricing is available in the app. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

NestPlan does NOT provide financial advice.
The projections, calculations, and information provided by the App are for educational purposes only and should not be considered:
- Financial or investment advice
- Tax advice
- Legal advice
- A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment

5. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, NestPlan:
- Uses simplified tax calculations that may not reflect your actual tax situation
- Relies on assumptions and projections that may not match real-world results
- Cannot guarantee the accuracy of any calculations or projections
- May not account for future changes in tax laws, market conditions, or personal circumstances
Your actual retirement outcome may differ significantly from projections.
6. User Responsibilities
As a user of NestPlan, you agree to:
- Enter accurate financial information
- Understand that projections are estimates, not guarantees
- Verify all calculations independently
- Consult professionals before making major financial decisions
- Not rely solely on NestPlan for retirement planning
7. Data Privacy and Storage
All data you enter into NestPlan is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal or financial information on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Advertising (FREE version): The FREE version displays ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device information for ad targeting. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Subscription Management
PRO subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- No refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
- Restore purchases: Use "Restore Purchases" to access PRO features on new devices
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- NestPlan and CoreForge LLC are not liable for any financial losses or damages
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Your use of the App is at your own risk
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
